brings over a decade of experience in progressive Indian cuisine and is one of the original chefs behind the iconic Farzi Café brand. As part of the founding culinary team that launched the very first Farzi Café in India in 2014, he helped shape the restaurant’s signature style , blending authentic Indian flavors with global techniques, innovation, and theatrical presentation. 
 

Today, as Executive Chef of Farzi NYC, Chef Gaurav continues that legacy by introducing New York to a bold new expression of modern Indian cuisine. His menus celebrate India’s rich culinary heritage while embracing seasonal local ingredients and contemporary techniques, creating dishes that are inventive, refined, and deeply rooted in tradition.
 

Driven by creativity, precision, and a passion for storytelling through food, Chef Gaurav’s vision is to redefine how Indian cuisine is experienced on the global stage—one memorable plate at a time.
